What HireQ is for
Too many hiring tools stop at posting a job and collecting resumes. HireQ is built around a simple idea: candidates should know what to do next, and employers should see evidence of skill before they spend time interviewing.
For job seekers
- Create an account and set your password from a secure email link.
- Upload a resume so HireQ can extract profile details and skills.
- Finish remaining items in Profile assistant, then see how recruiters will view your profile.
- Search and save jobs, apply with your primary resume, and track what happens after you click Apply.
For employers
- Publish roles with the skills, location, and work model the job actually needs.
- Review applicants who have been matched on those skills, with a shared pipeline from applied to interview.
- Spend less time on manual sorting and more time on conversations that matter.
How matching works
Recommended jobs are not a random feed. HireQ scores published roles against the skills on your profile — including skills extracted from your resume and then confirmed in Profile assistant. Uploading a resume is the first step; completing and verifying skills is what changes the matches you see.
